Challenge
The website for a headless CMS has to be built on that CMS. strapi.io is Strapi dogfooding itself: a public reference implementation that has to hold up as both a marketing site and proof.

Approach
Contributed to the site as part of the Strapi team: a Strapi 5 backend feeding a Next.js frontend, kept in the open on GitHub as a real-world example teams can learn from.
